![]() If you do a “medium” load (about half a drum full), then rip the sheet in half and use less that way. Then I start the washer, and shut the lid! That’s it.įor an “extra full” load or a particularly full and dirty load, use 2 sheets. Each time I do a load, I set our clothes in and place 1 full sheet on top of the clothes. We have a big family, and I usually wait to run a load till the drum is full-ish. Why I will probably only get 30 uses from one pack But, this makes your pack go farther if you are doing a medium sized load. One thing that’s easy to overlook is that a “load” can be a half sheet. So if you love that type of detergent where you can smell someone’s laundry scent as they walk by, these may not be for you! How come there are 30 sheets per box but “up to 60 loads”? Nothing close to the overpowering smell of Tide. The loads that I’ve done with the Fresh Scent have a LIGHT, delightful scent straight out of the laundry. In all seriousness, my clothes look clean, smell clean, and in my opinion these eco sheets do what they are supposed to do. O ya, except that one day I left my load in the drum for 2 days and had to rewash, yikes! It’s a bad habit and I’m working on it □ Please tell me you can relate? While I can’t stop using plastic completely in our modern age…I am trying to use it far less. It’s estimated that the US alone puts about 7 hundred million (that’s right…700,000,000) plastic laundry detergent containers to landfills each year! I’m sad to say I’ve put a few there myself in the past. The packaging is zero waste, biodegradable, recyclable, and requires 94% fewer carbon emissions to transport since there’s no water to bulk it up. It got my attention, and I’ll be sharing some reasons why I’ve loved using these! What makes Earth Breeze “Eco Friendly”?Įarth Breeze’s Laundry Detergent Eco Sheets are small, but the company is making a big impact!
